Ingredients
- 50 ml of Frapin 1270 Cognac, Premier Cru Grande Champagne
- 10 ml of Averna
- 10 ml of vanilla and cinnamon syrup
- 25 ml of lemon juice
- 15 ml of sparkling water
Preparation
- Shake and strain into a highball over ice, then top with sparkling water
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lemon
