Ingredients

• Cognac Frapin 1270 / 5 cl
• Vermouth sec / 2 cl
• 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey tea syrup
• Orange Bitters / 3 dashes

Preparation

1. Mix the ingredients and stir.
2. Strain into a liqueur glass with ice or into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
3. Add ice cubes. Earl Grey tea syrup: bring to a boil and prepare Earl Grey tea.
4. When hot, mix equal parts of sugar and tea until the sugar dissolves. Let it sit and cool.
