Ingredients

• Cognac Frapin 1270 / 4.5 cl
• 6-8 fresh, washed raspberries
• Fresh lime juice / 1 cl
• Triple Sec / 1.5 cl
• A bit of soda
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Pour the raspberries, lime juice, and triple sec into a shaker and gently mix.
2. Then add the cognac and the ice cubes.
3. Shake everything gently, then strain it through a fine bar strainer into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.
4. A splash of soda adds the finishing touch !
