Ingredients
- 40 ml of Frapin 1270 Cognac, Premier Cru Grande Champagne
- 15 ml of elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml of sweet-sour apple and cardamom shrub
- 10 mint leaves
- Top up with sparkling water
Preparation
- In a mixing glass, muddle the mint and add the rest of the ingredients, stir quickly, then add ice, and stir again.
- Stir to chill and not to dilute.
- Top up with soda.
- Pour over the ice cubes.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Make sure the ice cubes do not float.
