Ingredients
- 40 ml of Frapin 1270 Cognac
- 20 ml of rum (ideally Jamaican)
- 20 ml of peach liqueur
- 20 ml of lime juice
- 15 ml of syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Optional: 25 ml of Earl Grey sparkling wine
Preparation
- Shake the ingredients and then pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.
