Ingredients
- 4 cl of Cognac Frapin 1270
- 2 cl of cane sugar syrup
- Half a lemon
- 4 mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Crushed ice
Preparation
- Place 4 mint leaves at the bottom of the cocktail glass, then add half a lemon (cut into 6 pieces).
- Pour in the cane sugar syrup and muddle everything with a pestle.
- Add the crushed ice.
- Pour in the Cognac Frapin 1270.
- Finally, add the sparkling water.
