Ingredients

• Cognac Frapin VSOP / 5 cl
• Monin Yuzu Fruit / 1 cl
• St Germain Liqueur / 1 cl
• Pimento / 5 cl
• 2 wedges of lime
• 4 basil leaves

Preparation

1. In a shaker, muddle 2 wedges of lime with 4 basil leaves, then add the ingredients and shake.
2. Pour into a tumbler filled with ice, then top up with 5 cl of Pimento (soda, ginger, chili).
