Ingredients
- 40 ml of Frapin 1270 Cognac Premier Cru Grande Champagne
- 10 ml of Smith & Cross Rum
- 20 ml of Raspberry Syrup
- 20 ml of Grapefruit Juice
- 20 ml of Lemon Juice
- 10 ml of Aperol
- 5 Mint Leaves
- 2 dashes of Green Strawberry Bitters*
Preparation
- Shake and strain twice over ice.
- *Make sure the ice cubes do not float.
