Ingredients

• 4 cl of Frapin 1270 Cognac
• 1.5 cl of Lemon Juice
• 1.5 cl of Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water)
• 1 Candied Strawberry
• Sparkling Rosé

Preparation

1. Muddle the strawberry and add the Frapin 1270 Cognac, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Fill the glass with sparkling rosé.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.
