Ingredients
- 4 cl of Frapin 1270 Cognac
- 1.5 cl of Lemon Juice
- 1.5 cl of Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- 1 Candied Strawberry
- Sparkling Rosé
Preparation
- Muddle the strawberry and add the Frapin 1270 Cognac, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Fill the glass with sparkling rosé.
- Garnish with a strawberry.
