Winter old fashion

Ingredients

• 5 cl of Frapin 1270 Cognac
• 2 cl of Christmas Wine
• 4-5 drops of Chocolate Bitters
• Absinthe
• 1 Sugar Cube
• 1 Lemon Zest

Preparation

1. Pour 2-3 drops of absinthe onto a sugar cube and burn the sugar to caramelize it, then pour it into the cocktail glass.
2. Add 4-5 drops of Chocolate Bitters and 2 cl of Christmas Wine to the glass, then mix and fill with ice.
3. Add 5 cl of Frapin 1270 Cognac and mix again.
4. Garnish with a lemon zest.
